More than just a job
At Progress Arc we provide alternative provision at Key Stages 3 and 4 that is routed in relational therapeutic practice and support. Progress Futures is our post 16 offer which supports year 12 and 13 students with complex needs to achieve their potential by giving them the same opportunities to thrive as those in a mainstream FE setting.
What we do is so much more than just a job. We support, nurture, assist, inspire, empower and ultimately help to transform lives through our students by offering an educational provision which is inclusive and appropriate to the individual needs of each learner.
We are a values driven, people focused business. We exist to help improve the lives of our students and to do this, we need brilliant people who are Brazenly People First, Proudly Passionate and Endlessly Kind. Our values are in our DNA and help to make up the foundations of our training. They are what sets us apart from the rest, as they are living and breathing every single day.
So if you are a Creative Collaborator who is Robustly Resilient, and you want to help drive our business forward by being a Confident Gamechanger, let's talk. Because we're looking for friendly, talented and hard-working people to join our team.

About Progress ARC
Located in St Helens, Progress Arc and Progress Futures support mixed‑gender pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), where the primary identified need is Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH). Delivered across four buildings on a vast site, we provide a holistic educational provision for young people that wraps around their individual needs.
We are committed to giving each student extra support and attention to help them succeed. There is no one size fits all approach, we take the time to get to know our young people, understand their challenges and support their aspirations to prepare them for the future.
